Mechanical Control Directional Valve:The VM430 lever roller type uses a lever to increase the downward pressure on the push rod.

The through-type, also known as the single-action lever roller type, operates as follows: when the mechanical striker moves forward, it pushes down the spool. Once the striker passes over the roller, the spool returns to its original position by spring force. When the striker moves back, the small lever at the front can bend, causing the roller to fold back without moving the spool, preventing the valve from switching directions. This type of valve outputs a pulse signal at the outlet and is commonly used to eliminate interference signals in circuits, simplifying the system.Manual Control Directional Valve:A  VM430 manual control directional valve is operated by hand or foot to switch the spool. The only structural difference from a mechanical control valve lies in the actuation mechanism.

The actuation mechanisms of manual control valves include push-button types (mushroom, extended, and flat), knob type, and lock type.

Knob-type, lock-type, and push-pull types have a position-holding function or self-holding function, sometimes referred to as a bistable function. This means that once the valve is switched, it maintains its position even after the manual force is removed. To change its position, an opposite force must be applied.

Push-button types, however, do not have a holding function. When the actuation force is removed, the spool returns to its original position by spring force, which is known as a monostable function.
